Michael Fleckenstein spent 28 years in the real estate management and marketing Field. He specialized in residential portfolio investments, properties associated primarily with the college student market, and foreclosures.

After graduating from Western Michigan University with his Masters, Michael taught at the university level, worked as an environmental consultant and began investing in real estate.

Michael is the President and CEO and primarily involved in corporate management, business development and real estate marketing. He pioneered the concept of a special services real estate company to address niche markets in the industry. He is an avid bluegrass musician and is on the board of the Great Lakes Acoustic Music Association. When he’s pickin’ he’s grinnin'.
