This house is pet friendly. However, certain criteria apply. You are required to pay an additional non-refundable security deposit and pay additional rent.

Certain fighting and attack dogs are not allowed under any circumstances. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and Dobermans are among those. We reserve the right to add to the list or request you remove a dog that displays threatening behavior even if it was initially allowed. Because we have to enter your unit either at your request or for emergencies, we require you maintain a cage for these events. In certain cases, depending on the unit, we may allow very small dogs only even though a general dog icon is displayed. Please ask about this. You must also agree to keep the yard clean of dog waste as soon as you take it out and not allow it to urinate in the same spot killing the grass. Violations will result in a clean up or repair fee. You may not chain your dog to the porch rails.

The additional rent is $30 per month

More than two cats are not allowed per household. References are important. If you cannot provide these, you may be required to pay additional security deposit. You must keep litter boxes on non-wood or carpet surfaces. You must agree to keep litter boxes clean regularly. All cats must be declawed and neutered. Insurance is not required.
