We have a variety of different contracts available:

Full Management

We handle everything for you and at the end of each month all you would have to do is receive a statement and a check.

Rent Check

We collect the rent for your property, bank it and send out initial eviction paperwork if necessary. We will contract to manage court activity if you need.

Modified Management

you handle your own maintenance and we handle marketing, leasing and accounting. You take advantage of our on line work order system and know immediately what is needed. We’ll be there for you while you’re on vacation.
